2008 NPAA “Members Only” Purchase Program Guide Lines

All orders must be written on the official NPAA “Members Only” order
form. A email version is available upon request from John Butts at
jbutts@jigfish.com All orders must be clear and filled in with proper fin-tech product codes and pricing.

All orders must be faxed, emailed or mailed in. No phone orders will be accepted.

All orders must be accompanied by 100% payment in advance. Visa,
Master Card and Money orders are all accepted. Orders will not be
shipped until payment is received. Buy in bulk for best value.
All orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx or in the US mail. Be sure to
include shipping address in full on all orders.

All us and Canadian orders will be billed at $9.95 for shipping & handling. All Canadian orders will be shipped out of our Canadian office in Calgary, AB. Wisconsin residence need to add 5.5% state tax. All Canadian taxes will apply to all Canadian orders if applicable.
